Meet Suzette Mainit

Village and Care Manager

Suzette is a natural leader and skilled problem solver, with extensive experience in quality improvement in the healthcare sector. Before joining Wilson Carlile in 2022, Suzette had experience working as a clinical and facility manager for Summerset and Bupa respectively, honing her expertise in managing healthcare facilities effectively. A champion of person-centred care, Suzette is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for residents, families and the Wilson Carlile team.

Meet Kahu Watson

Office Administrator

Kahu’s diverse career spans over 40 years in elderly care. From a Fitter and Turner to a Home Supervisor at Sunningdale, Hamilton RSA Veterans Home, Kahu's journey reflects a lifelong dedication to understanding and assisting others. With a background in social work and caregiving, Kahu joined Wilson Carlile in 2013 as an Office Administrator, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping people. Kahu has since become an invaluable member of our team and a trusted source of support for our residents and families.

Receptionist

Vicki joined the Wilson Carlile team in June 2021, bringing with her 20 years of experience in a support role at a GP practice in Auckland. Her commitment to supporting residents, families, and our team resonates deeply within our warm and friendly environment. With a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for her work, Vicki ensures that every resident and family feel valued and supported throughout their journey at Wilson Carlile.

Meet Ekta Sharma

Facility and Care Manager

Ekta has in-depth knowledge about dementia and are experienced in handling challenging behaviour associated with dementia. Her passion for both the administrative duties involved in facility management and the direct care of residents shines through in her work. Ekta enjoys the hands-on time with residents, families and the Roselea team, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment for all.

Personal Assistant/Office Administrator

Jane has been a valuable member of the Roselea team since February 2021. With a commitment to excellence, Jane consistently goes above and beyond to support the smooth running of Roselea.
